Aaron Anzell

Aaron joined MPC in July of 2024 with a focus in nuclear physics. He was previously listed as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) on a Radioactive Material License for a large health system.

Included in the scope of that license were: multiple nuclear medicine departments, a PET/CT department, a radiation oncology department performing High Dose Radiation (HDR) treatments and I-131 therapies, and a Y-90 therapy program. He also has experience working with Idaho National Laboratories in removing a source requiring increased controls from that hospital/license. Previous to his time as an RSO, he was working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Aaron Received his Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine from Ferris State University in 2015. He holds his nuclear medicine technology certifications through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Additionally, he received his certification in radiation safety through the NMTCB in 2020. He is pursuing a Master’s in Radiation Health Physics as he trains as a nuclear physicist.
