MacKenzie Hill joined MPC’s growing ranks in March, 2021. MacKenzie has a MS in Medical Physics from Oregon Health and Science University/Oregon State University and a BS in Radiological Health Sciences from Purdue University.
Before joining MPC, MacKenzie worked as a Clinical Health Physicist for 2+ years in New York City, in this position she worked on a team overseeing radiation safety for a large medical facility.As a Jack/Jill of all trades MacKenzie will work with MPC maintaining her nuclear medicine experience as well as serving as a diagnostic physicist. MacKenzie maintains her current membership with the Health Physics Society (HPS), and looks forward to actively participating in professional societies as her experience in the field grows.
MacKenzie is a bright and enthusiastic person both inside and out, as evidenced by nearly every item she owns (nothing can be simply black or gray, as that is no fun). Her favorite pastimes include enjoying the outdoors with her husband and long-haired dachshund, and reading a good book.
